Overview
The printed circuit boards were manufactured by Express PCB, located in Santa Barbara, California. For small quantity jobs, Express PCB offers inexpesive and fast turnaround two layer or four layer board manufacturing services with a variety of options. They also offer free CAD schematic and layout software. For Turtle Sense Phase Two, in the summer of 2014, 16 Communications boards were made, with 4 circuits printed on each separate board. Similarly, 56 Smart Sensor boards were made, with 14 circuits printed on each separate board. Other vendors may be more competitive for larger quantities
